Terms of Service

InvoSlick (“we”, “us”) is operated by Guy Sinai, Israel. These Terms govern your use of the InvoSlick website, dashboard and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

InvoSlick extracts structured data (such as parties, reference numbers, dates, line items and totals) from freight invoices, bills of lading and similar documents you upload, using automated AI processing, and lets you export the results as CSV or JSON.

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and access tokens secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at guy.sinai@invoslick.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Processing one document uses one credit. A failed extraction does not use a credit.
• New accounts receive 50 free credits, one time.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance: Starter $149/month for 500 credits and Pro $299/month for 2,000 credits. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• upload documents you don't have the right to process, or content that is unlawful or malicious;
• attempt to break, overload or bypass the Service's security, rate limits or credit system;
• resell or provide the Service to others as a standalone product without our written permission;
• use the Service to break any law.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Extraction is automated and can contain errors or omissions, especially with poor-quality scans. Review the results before relying on them, for example before paying an invoice or filing records. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

We work to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused period.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
