Any carrier, any layout
Freight invoices and bills of lading are read by AI, not brittle templates. New carriers work on day one.
Structured data, instantly
Shipper, consignee, BOL number, line items, accessorials and totals — returned as clean JSON or CSV.
Validated before it lands
Every extraction is schema-checked. Fields that aren't on the document come back blank, never guessed.
Built for the people who key freight paperwork
If someone on your team copies numbers from carrier invoices or BOLs into another system, InvoSlick does that part for them.
Freight brokers
Match carrier invoices to loads faster: PRO, BOL and PO numbers, accessorials and totals pulled out of every bill.
3PLs & forwarders
Turn the stack of BOLs and carrier bills from every lane into one clean spreadsheet for billing and reconciliation.
Shippers' AP teams
Stop retyping freight bills before approval. Fuel surcharge and accessorials come out as separate lines you can check.
Freight audit & pay
Get line-level charges in a consistent format, whatever the carrier's layout, ready for rate checks and audits.

Frequently asked questions
Is my shipping and billing data secure?
Uploads travel over HTTPS and are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for extraction. We don't store your original files — only the extracted fields are saved, in your account, behind database access rules so no other customer can read them. Anthropic does not train its models on API data. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; card details never touch our servers.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The demo on the home page reads one document (a PDF up to 3 pages, or a PNG or JPEG) and shows every extracted field, with nothing saved. It's limited to a few documents a day per visitor. A free account gives you 50 documents with CSV and JSON export.
How accurate is the extraction?
Claude reads each document the way an AP clerk would — no templates — and every result is validated against a strict schema before it reaches you. Fields that aren't printed or are illegible come back blank instead of guessed, so gaps are obvious. As with any automation, spot-check totals before posting payments. If a document can't be parsed, the credit is refunded automatically.
Will it work with our carriers' formats?
Yes. There are no templates to set up, so new carriers, brokers and steamship lines work on day one. Upload PDFs, scans or phone photos (PNG/JPEG) up to 10 MB each, up to 50 at a time. We extract carrier, shipper, consignee and bill-to details, invoice/BOL/PRO/PO numbers, dates, line items, accessorials, fuel surcharge and totals. Review them on screen, then export a single document or your whole history as CSV (one row per line item), or as JSON.
Do you offer API access?
Yes, on every plan. The POST /api/parse endpoint the dashboard uses also accepts requests with your account's access token in an Authorization: Bearer header and returns the same structured JSON, drawing from the same credit balance (up to 20 documents per minute).
What counts as a credit?
One document = one credit, regardless of page count. Failed parses don't use credits. Starter includes 500 and Pro 2,000 credits per month; the balance resets on each billing date (unused credits don't roll over). New accounts get 50 free credits to try it out.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, from Manage billing in your dashboard — no sales call needed. You can also update your card and download invoices there. Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
